It’s the story of every individual who has experienced the power of automation in their lives sooner or later. It’s the zeal and motivation that drives us to make our lives easy with automation. We embark together on a roller costar journey of auto motivation. Thinking about the time being spend on doing many monotonous work which can be utilized in upskilling oneself or to do some decision-making task sparked idea within us of automating these tasks and in many cases, 100 % human intervention was eradicated by simply switching to RPA.

What drives your passion?

I work in the domain of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) which primarily focuses on automating the structured, repetitive and rule-based processes and our go to software for performing RPA is Automation Anywhere. One of the most complex process automated was the I-Buy Purchase Requisition to Order Creation Process wherein approx. data from 15.countries with SAP P-Systems: 30+ including I-Cockpit were involved. We managed to automate the process with BOT efficiency of 85% across 500k+ Purchase orders annually. This also gave rise to an Integrated solution that included RPA BOTs, SharePoint and SQL Database. The passion to bring in efficiency into any project had been inculcated subconsciously into all of us to an extent that we have a kind of COD towards efficiency all the time

How is RBEI evolving?

The biggest challenge yet, for our organization and product is to prepare for future unknowns like differentiated automation software, ERP, Remote work and C-Suite applications. We started giving 24*5 platform management services with weekend monitoring. We went through series of audits and were questioned hardly from all angles, but we emerged out as a more secure and user-friendly automation service provider by taking the weaker sections into considerations and working on them to change the entire game.
